1. Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are only accepted in cases where there is a genuine issue with the product, such as:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item received is significantly different from what was described

Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with product expectations are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components
• You must provide proof of purchase or order number

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.

Items sent back without first requesting return approval will not be accepted.


2. Package Opening & Video Proof

To ensure fair resolution of issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers are strongly advised to record a clear video while opening the package.

The video should:

• Start before opening the package, clearly showing the sealed packaging, shipping label, and outer condition
• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses
• Clearly show the product received and its condition

This video helps us verify the authenticity of the claim and allows us to coordinate effectively with our suppliers and shipping partners.

Please note:

• Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products may require a valid unboxing video as proof
• Without sufficient proof, JUBU may not be able to process a refund or replacement request


3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos or video evidence so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Once verified, we may offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund, depending on the situation.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care or hygiene products once opened
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

5. Product Condition Requirement

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and components.

Returned items may be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition. If the product shows signs of:

• usage
• damage caused after delivery
• missing parts or packaging

the return or refund request may be declined.


6. Product Verification

To maintain product authenticity and prevent fraudulent returns, JUBU may record product details, packaging condition, and shipment information prior to dispatch.

If a returned item does not match the original product shipped, including differences in product type, model, accessories, or packaging, the return request may be rejected.

In such cases, the product may be returned back to the customer.


7. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

• We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• In certain situations, a replacement or refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, the recommended process is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


9. Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
