Welcome to JUBU (jubu.in). We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently offer free standard shipping across India.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 4–7 business days (additional charges may apply)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing your tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment.


Shipping Locations

Currently, JUBU ships across India through our website jubu.in. We may expand our shipping network to other regions in the future.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

JUBU is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

courier service disruptions

weather conditions

public holidays

logistical or transportation issues

JUBU shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.


Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases, any applicable shipping, return shipping (RTO), and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a customer refuses delivery or repeatedly fails to accept orders, the Cash on Delivery option may be restricted or disabled for future purchases at our discretion.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable orders will only be processed after the package has been successfully returned to us.


Proof of Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier based on the tracking information, it will be considered successfully delivered.

JUBU is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as not received by the customer. Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

If there is a delivery concern, customers should contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update, and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product inside. This video serves as proof for verification and helps us investigate the issue with our logistics partners and suppliers.

Claims submitted without proper video evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
